About this course
This course will equip care workers working in residential care or community services with the relevant knowledge, skills, and competence to support individuals with intellectual disability displaying behavioural challenges. This module also seeks to highlight the importance of safeguarding the care worker’s own safety and that of the service users while acting within organisational, local, and national policies and procedures.
This course addresses these issues and will show you step by step how to handle conflict and aggression in the most effective way.
