MQF/EQF LEVEL 4 AWARD IN
The Person-Centred
Care Approach
About this course
Because of the ever-increasing demand within the health and social care sectors, caregivers tend to focus less on the individual behind the condition they treat. Therefore, it is crucial for caregivers to engage in person-centered planning to provide quality care and support.
This course intends to equip workers within both the health and social care industries with the relevant knowledge, skills, and competence to effectively deliver person-centered care. This module will cover the key principles of person-centered care and the significance of collective decision-making to provide individualized care to patients and improve their quality of life.
