The Training Pays Scheme is an employment service project within the European Social Fund (ESF). It aims to assist jobseekers to develop or improve their skills by participating in off-the-job training. The scheme offers a 75% refund to help with training costs, which will normally be paid to the trainee after completion of the training course.

To apply for the Training Pays Scheme:

1. Select your preferred course from the Jobsplus catalogue.
2. Fill in your application form and send it to tps.jobsplus@gov.mt by the last day of training, along with the training schedule. The last day of training will be announced and does not include exam days.
3. You can request a refund after successfully completing your training course and receiving your certificate by sending a copy of receipt or proof of payment, certificate, financial identification form and the application for reimbursement at trainingpays.jobsplus@gov.mt
